All our beautifully packaged Boutique Bundles are wrapped with love and sent out to you within 24 hours. 

  • We offer standard delivery Australia wide for $10.95 per satchel. Delivery is Free! for all orders over $200
  • Delivery usually between 1 and 6 working days, however please be mindful of distance and/or delay.
  • Express delivery Australia wide is $20
  • Delivery usually between 1 and 3 working days.
  • International delivery to New Zealand is $20 AUD per satchel
  • International delivery time depends on location, however, 2-5 working days is standard.

14 Day Hassle Free Returns

Here at Pizazz Boutique our greatest pride and priority is the quality of your experience and level of satisfaction! As a part of this we offer hassle free returns and exchanges on all Full Price Items. 

  • We happily offer refunds on all full price items if they don't fit or match your expectations (Shipping Excluded) and returned within 14 days of delivery .
  • Customers will be responsible for postage on any return items. Please send back to the following address-

  • We happily offer exchanges on all full price items.
  • We happily offer Gift Cards of equal value on all full price items (redeemable in store and online).
  • Once we receive your package in our hot little hands we will begin the return/ exchange/ credit process right away! The maximum processing period is 5 working days, however it is more than often far less!
  • The only conditions are that the items are returned as immaculately as they are sent out:
  • The item must not of be been worn, washed, altered or damaged
  • Original swing tags and packaging must be intact
  • If purchased in store we do not issue refunds for change of mind, only faulty or damaged goods. In the event of a change of mind a store credit or exchange will be issued.
  • If you received *Free Postage* and wish to return your item(s) back for a full refund, you will be refunded the full amount excluding postage at cost.

We recommend using the registered post option when sending your order back to Pizazz as you are responsible for the safe delivery of the return. If your Boutique Bundle goes M.I.A we cannot issue your requested refund, exchange or credit.

All items are double checked before being sent out however, if you have received the wrong or faulty item please contact us straight away and we will send you a replacement item at no further cost or provide a full refund!

Sale Item Returns Policy

  • If you purchase an item or items on sale and wish to return it back, all sweet SALE pieces will be eligible for exchange OR Store credit Gift Card less  postage cost, if we receive them back in store within 7 days of you receiving them.

Out of Stock

In the unfortunate event that something sells out on the shop floor before your order, we obviously provide an immediate refund. To make up for the inconvenience, we have many more items that we would love to recommend to suit your taste!

International Orders

There is the POSSIBILITY that your beautiful Boutique order may incur Duty, Taxes and other charges depending on the Import regulations of your country (the value of the goods and so on).  

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as order values vary and destination country rules and regulations vary.
