• Express Australian delivery is $9.95 per satchel or free for orders over $250.00
• Delivery takes between 1 and 3 days
  
  
• DHL Express International delivery is $25.00 per satchel
• Delivery takes between 2 and 4 days

We DO NOT send to P.O. Boxes.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We realise that it is hard to properly judge fit and because of this our store offers a hassle free policy.

• We happily offer refunds on All Items if the item doesn't fit or match your expectations not including shipping
• We also offer Exchanges on All Items
• We also offer Credit Notes on All Items
• To return, exchange or credit an item, just notify by email, contact@pizazzboutique.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item.
• You will be provided with an RA number to attach with your parcel.
• Carefully pack your item and return to Pizazz Boutiques.

• Once we receive your return we will proceed with the return, exchange, credit
• The only conditions are that the items are returned as immaculately as they are sent out:
• The item must not of be been worn, washed, altered or damaged
• Original swing tags and packaging must be intact

We recommend using the registered post option when sending your order back to Pizazz as you are responsible for the safe delivery of the return. All items are double checked before being sent out however, if you have received the wrong or faulty item please contact Pizazz straight away and we will send you a replacement item at no further cost or provide a full refund.

We will refund the return postage costs if the item is faulty or not the correct item.

Out of Stock

In the unfortunate event that something sells out on the shop floor before your order, we obviously provide an immediate refund. To make up for the inconvenience, we have many more items that we would love to recommend to suit your taste. As our way of saying sorry we will offer you an exclusive 10% discount for any purchases in the next 2 weeks.

International Orders

All of our sales may incur Duty, Taxes and other charges depending on the Import regulations of your country (the value of the goods and so on).  

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as order values vary and destination country rules and regulations vary.
